Funny Friday: Most Embarassing Moments

Today's post from Jenni's Blog Every Day in May just so happened to coincide, and be something funny I could use for Funny Friday, which is real good, because I had nothing this week.

Day 10, Friday: Most embarrassing moment (s). Spill.

I don't have a lot of embarassing moments, mostly because I tend to embarass myself a lot,  so not a lot of embarassing moments stick out in my mind.

But who doesn't have an embarassing moment from middle school, where every little thing felt like the end of the world.

In 9th grade (in my school 9th grade was middle school still) I struggled a lot with my blood sugar. Hypoglycemia rus in my family and it hit me really hard in 9th grade.

One day I was walking down some stairs with 2 friends, heading towards the lunch room. When all of the sudden my vision just started to go black. I reached for the railing, but didn't make it, and I blacked out. I came to like 30 seconds later at the bottom of the stair case. I had slid down the entire staircase on my shins. Of course it was lunch time and everyone heard my friends yell out, so the entire hallway was staring at me by the time I reached the bottom.

Nothing like opening your eyes to not really knowing what happened, but everyone is staring at you. I got up real quick and booked it for the lunch room. End of the world in middle school! I did end up with some cool brusies to show off though.

And for a more light hearted one...

During our first language lesson in Cambodia we saw a giant male pig arrive, and about 10 minutes later we heard uncontrollable screeching. It was horrible. We didn't see the pig leave, and I was sure that they had just killed a pig in the middle of our lesson. I was horrified. I told any volunteer who would listen what happened during our lesson.

During a later lesson we heard it again, so I asked my teacher if the man who owned the house was a butcher because the pigs were squealing. He said no, he's a welder, and the pigs were having sex, that's what the squeeling was.  Oh....then I had to correct myself to every volunteer. Woops. Piglets arrived soon after.

hahahahha! That pig story is hilarious! The first story isn't as funny. it was more of an "ohhhh" with a squishy face and an "I know that feeling" look. I don't have any sugar issues... I'm just clumsy haha.
