Lately

Since I've been back from Cambodia I've been doing my hair and nails a lot. I was deprived of prettiness for so long that I've been really enjoying trying out new hair and nail tutorials. I've also been trying out a lot of new recipes, mostly containing things we didn't have access to while in Cambodia.

Here's some of my recent trials

 1. Fishtail Braid 2. Chicken Schnitzel
3. Braids 4. Valentines Day Nails using this tutorial
1. My semi failed attempt at chevron nails 2. Mini Fench Braid 3. Top Knot
4. Twisted Mess 5. Christmas-y Nails 6. Spinach Fritatta

Have any hair or nail tutorials you've found that you just love? Share them with me!

I love the chevron nail! I think it's cute. And the fishtail braid is cute, too - I wish I had enough hair for that! Haha.

Oh man, I'm so jealous of your fishtail braid! I've tried and have no skills.

I love your lately, Sam!!! I am anxiously awaiting the day my hair gets that long again...it's been a long 2 years since my botched haircut. :( And peac corps??? Wow! You both are so brave and adventurous and I love it! Thanks for stopping by A & C and taking a moment to comment. Truly so kind of you!

You are so cute...those braids are amazing!

I don't try a lot of hair or nail tutorials, but we definitely use any crockpot tutorial we find.

Failed attempt at Chevron? Looks like a winner to me. It's my favorite out of all of em. :)
